Pfeifer has its seat in Kundl since 1978. We produce here in the Tyrolean Unterland trimmed timber, planed goods, timber pellet and thanks to the closed added value chain and the energy reuse of bark also green power for about 12.000 families.
In the high-performance saw mill in Kundl, Pfeifer cuts about one million cubic meters of timber per year. About 150,000 tonnes of timber pellets can be produced here per year. In the past 5 years, Pfeifer has massively invested in the expansion of pellet production in order to react among others to the strongly increased demand by the Italian market.
