Our offer
Every CLT project has individual requirements, which are taken into account as early as the consultation and quotation calculation phase. Technically trained employees support the classic field sales force of the Pfeifer Group in order to be able to provide more in-depth advice when required. The technical office also supports the sales team with its individual project consulting know-how. Tailor-made quotations and order processing are largely computer-assisted using a specialised CAD and ERP system.

Our mission
Immediately after placing the order, we reserve a corresponding production capacity. The job preparation department prepares the customer's order information and planning documents for ordering from the production department. In addition, Pfeifer employees prepare, among other things, the loading planning, generate release plans in the form of individual parts drawings for the customer and generate the commands for the cutting machinery and create the loading plans, among other things.
Our IT system serves as an interface to production and logistics which efficiently reduces additional costs.
Production
The entire production process is also controlled by the integrated IT system and utilises all optimisation options – from raw material management to packaging the finished CLT panels. The complex production process if further subdivided into individual processes.

Logistics
The best CLT panels are useless if they can't be brought to the right place at the right time. Thanks to individual organisation and coordination of the logistics process between factory and customer, finished PFEIFER CLT is usually delivered just-in-time directly from our logistics partners to the construction site.
For scheduling, packaging and loading, an entire hall equipped with a semi-automatic crane is available at the Schlitz location. The IT system records and automates individual panels, packages and entire loads. Pfeifer always guarantees the most economical type of loading under consideration of fast and efficient unloading at the construction site. To protect them from environmental effects all PFEIFER CLT panels and elements are protected by a sturdy, UV impermeable foil as well as suitable coverings.
